The Administrative Data Research Network was an ESRC-funded project that ran from October 2013 to July 2018. It is currently at the end of its funding cycle and is no longer taking applications. Administrative data research will be taken forward in a new project, which was launched at the end of 2018.

How the ADRN engages with the Public

The ADRN understands how important it is to listen to and engage with the public about its work. The Network engage with publics in different ways:

Science Festivals and Events

Across the Network staff get involved in local and national Science Festivals and events that are aimed at general public audiences.

Public Panels

The ADRN research centres in Scotland and Wales also have public panels who get involved in individual research projects and also engage in broader policy discussions and decisions across the network.

Work with VCSE

The research centre in Northern Ireland has particularly close links with the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) groups and organisations, and has been carrying out work with them in various focused areas.

Large Public Engagement Events

The ADRN organises also large events for public engagement with hundreds of people taking part to them.
