Engage to Change Evaluation
As a part of a wider evaluation, this is looking to establish whether young people accepted into the Engage to Change employment project, but on a waiting list and acting as controls, have lower rates of employment in a 6 month period than those receiving active intervention in the project. Further, this project will see if controls who do enter employment have higher earned incomes and lower welfare benefit receipt, than active project participants over the same period. The participants are young people with a learning disability, Autistic Spectrum Conditions/Disorders, or Specific Learning Disabilities and who are NEET.
